signs, schedule the showings of your home to perspective
buyers, and help you understand and negotiate the sales contract,
arrange inspections and appraisal, handle all the paper work,
and coordinate and supervise the closing. There are no upfront-fees
or hidden costs. Your listing will always be professionally
handled. You owe a commission, only when your house sells.
